An action framed in the exhibition Against Hegemony, curated by Hector J. Barrios at Espacio Trapezio. In this incursion we offered “Calimocho” to an audience that goes in search of the gastronomic delicatessen offered in the market, which has become a symbol of Chueca neighborhood´s new identity, The strategy we carried out for them to have, in this context, a genuinely “street drink”, was to adapt the same to the features of nouvelle cuisine, preparing skewers with tetra-brik-wine jelly, Coca-Cola jelly and blackberry.
